-A Certificate of Liability Insurance (ACORD) must be supplied by the client.
- $100 deposit holds your date, and covers your key and cleaning fee.
When the key is returned after your event, and provided the center is left clean and in good order, your deposit will be returned. The deposit is given at the time of signing the rental agreement.
- Rental fees are due 10 days before your event.
*The Riddick Youth Center is an alcohol, smoke free facility.
* Your rental entitles you to the exclusive use of the center, which includes
10 (ten) six-foot rectangular tables, and 75 chairs. We have a 1350 sq. foot main room, a full kitchen with prep area, restroom, handicapped ramp, and a fully fenced play yard. -Parking is available on the street.
-LAFD limits our capacity to 75 persons.
-We are located in a residential neighborhood, all parties and events need to be quiet by 11:00 PM each night.
